In our R&D department, we use two different types of reactors:

• Glass Reactors: These reactors have a volume range of 3-10 liters, which can be adjusted based on the type of test or raw materials being used. They are equipped with a mechanical stirrer, thermocouple, nitrogen inlet, and steam-jacketed condenser, and an electrical-heating mantle heats the three-neck glass flask.
• Pilot Reactors: With the ability to produce up to 700 kgs of resin, the pilot reactors have all the same processes and parts as our main batch reactors, including a heating system, turbine agitator, condenser, and high-purity nitrogen gas line.
